Meet Ryan Lunde– As Manager of Technifex Products, Ryan is the youngest member of the management team, but still with an impressive 22 years of company loyalty. Ryan literally and figuratively grew up within Technifex. Monty enlisted his young son to help in the shop sorting nuts and bolts after the Northridge earthquake and he soon learned every tool and hardware in the shop. He ran the tool crib, advanced to entry level technician, mastered welding, machining, and wiring skills, traveled the country on installs and tradeshows. Having taken a short break to attend art school to learn product design, Ryan came back to help run Technifex’ newest division, Technifex Products, which includes the Faux Fire line of products.. Seems that he is in the perfect environment. We asked Ryan what is TFX best at? “Problem solving. With 500 years of experience amongst the team we can figure out any sticky situation.” Favorite projects: the water tunnel at Universal’s Islands of Adventure, and the IED Battle Drill motion base training vehicle – mainly because it helps save soldier’s lives. Ryan is happily married to his new bride Monica and they live in his hometown of Valencia with their dog Banksy. Celebrating 35 years! #TeamTechnifex
